By purchasing or downloading UnifiedUI Pro or any products sold by UnifiedUI (including the free versions), you are agreeing to the terms of this license agreement. See below on what you can and cannot do with the files once your purchased.
In general you are allowed to do anything personal, use our products to produce client work, create unlimited number of client and personal projects such as websites and apps. All of this as long as you're not selling or distributing our products for free or creating a new design system, component library, UI Kits or themes/templates intended to sell on marketplace. You may also share the files with your team members only if you've bought the Team license. Sharing the files on the Solo license is forbidden.
By purchasing UnifiedUI, you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions. You can use UnifiedUI to create as many End Products for your clients and for your own personal projects as you require. The End Product for UnifiedUI is a customized implementation of components or the UI Templates comes with UnifiedUI. Thousands of hours are needed to create UnifiedUI. So, please be respectful and ethical to us as fellow creators and make sure that you comprehend the license terms listed below.
Under no circumstances you can resell or re-distribute items, no matter how modified they are. If you have any questions, do get in touch with us directly.
You may create an End Product for a client.
You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
You may use our assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects
You may change or manipulate UnifiedUI according to your need. You are free to combine UnifiedUI with other works to create a derivative work. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
You can use it for unlimited custom client works.
This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use UnifiedUI multiple times, in multiple projects.
You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you've bought the Team license.
You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, lease, license, or sub-license any of the assets from UnifiedUI.
You can’t copy or modify the item and then sell it on websites as your own. This includes moving products to other accounts or listing products in a way that allows them to be accessed by other accounts.
Resell or redistribute downloaded assets on any marketplace or website as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
You can't share the downloaded files with anyone. You should not include editable source files in end-products that are for free or paid distribution.
You can't create a template, theme, or modified work for any product and sell it on any marketplace.
We understand that not every product might be the right fit. To avoid this we strongly advise you to look at the preview or free version. What you see in the preview is what you get. Please make use of it and decide if it's for you or not. However, if for a valid reason, UnifiedUI is not what you expected, we'll process the refund if you contact us within 30-days of purchase at support@unifiedui.com. Please note that, we can’t issue a refund if your reason is you changed your mind after purchasing or decided not to use the file. However, if we process a refund for a reason -
You will have to delete all files from everywhere including your email, cloud, drive and from your Figma account.
You'll no longer be able or permitted to use UnifiedUI products in any sort of projects including personal or non-commercial projects.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you've previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates. We also refuse to issue refunds if it discovered that the product was used for End Products.
